Three new areas of support available for  2011/12

 In response to requests from schools, I am happy to offer the following:

1. Support to Governor Panels for Head teacher Performance Management  annual review

Half a day's support for the annual review of the head teacher's performance management objectives. Includes review meeting with head teacher, with governor panel, and then a joint discussion to agree objectives for the coming year. Following the meetings Inspir.ed will provide a draft document  for governors and head teacher to finalise for their records.

Cost: £250 + vat

2. SEF AID +

One whole day working with heads and senior leaders in the school to review the existing SEF and transfer the relevant information to a personalised format. This provides  the school with a written version of their self evaluation that is in line with the proposed four areas of  the OFSTED Framework  from January 2012. Includes completion of first draft in agreed format.

Cost: £400 +vat

3. Support for Leaders of English and maths in primary schools to interrogate , analyse and make sense of Raiseonline 2011

Half a day working with middle leaders of core subjects to conduct detailed analysis of latest Raiseonline data. Includes the provision of a handbook to support the process and guide these leaders in completing the analysis in the form of written evidence for senior leaders to include in the SEF section on Achievement.
