Inspir.ed will talk to you first, to discuss and decide which format will best support you and the staff in your school. We offer a range of formats and will tailor a programme to suit you.

In-Service Training

You can choose a half, or whole, day session either for just your school, or with other schools. The purpose of these sessions is to ensure that a large number of your team are involved and engaged with the programme of improvement.

The sessions can be stand alone, or linked with Professional Development Meetings to continue, strengthen and support the learning.

In School Support

This is really 'hands on' and practical support - arranged during the school day. We can organise to work either with individuals or groups.

We will work alongside leaders, teachers, governors and teaching assistants and help them to develop good practice in their roles. We can use a coaching model, or discuss any number of other models that might be appropriate.

If your school is already judged to be good, this programme is perfect for helping you to be judged outstanding. We provide the tools and strategies that will enable the whole team to excel.
